From a run-down rented property to an Airbnb in the historic city of Portsmouth, bringing the blue of the sea and the wood of the ships into a warm design for guests to the city.
Orty Renovations designed the entire house from a brief provided by the owners, using AI mock-ups to illustrate the vision. Then, managed the entire project, including having the house ready to rent.

It's the little things in a renovation that can make a huge difference to the feel of the home. Such as, re-painting a radiator that has faded over time, reworking a wooden window sill or painting a ceiling you didn't realise was no longer white.
